Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes! What you see is what you get. Genuine OlyLIFE products.
Is there a warranty on OlyLIFE products?
Yes, OlyLIFE products carry a 1 year warranty for possible device defects.
Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for the fix and return process.
Do products ever go on sale?
Product prices are more or less, fixed. OlyLIFE does, however, offer promotions from time to time.
i.e. purchase over $2000 of goods and receive a free A9 AirBama air purifier was the last promotion last year.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, the timing will depend on the OlyLIFE manufacturing supply and its timeline for production.
Where can I ship my order?
OlyLIFE ships to nearly any country except for the usual suspects: North Korea, Cuba and other countries that might currently be under sanctions.
